Meet Omalela

Omalela is a delightful, intelligent young man with a heart for Jesus. In 2026, The Foot Up Foundation assisted with a variety of assessments, including career guidance and a personality assessment, in order to help him make decisions around his future studies and career. 

Omalela's current goals are to study hard and pass Gr 11 with flying colours. He wants to be accepted into university to study civil engineering. His desire is to make a difference in his community and in South Africa by ensuring that people's lives are protected on the roads they use and in the buildings they work and live in. Furthermore, his dream is to live a life bound by Jesus Christ.
