Ndima is a resident in the Khayalethu Child and Youth Centre Senior K2 Programme. Here the boys are trained and supported to be able to cope in the world of work as well as gain the necessary skills, knowledge, attitudes and values needed in the work environment.
Ndima is a quiet and respectful young man with a humble attitude and personality. He knows about hard work and has been involved in community service through Khayalethu. In 2024 the foundation sponsored the tuition and transport costs of a 4 week hygiene and cleaning course at Winforce Academy (a skills and placement centre) for Ndima.
His goal is to be permanently employed and to be able to care for himself as well as be a support to his autistic brother who depends on him for emotional support. He is a very good role model to the younger boys at the Khayalethu Child and Youth Centre.
